My Blueprint Pro was founded by Jerris Raiford, PhD, whose background spans education, caregiving, and interior design. Dr. Raiford has an extensive educational background, having earned three graduate degrees, including postdoctoral clinical training, and has served for more than 15 years in a coveted and competitive role at a leading federal public health agency. In addition to a decade of university teaching experience, she understands the challenges students and professionals face in planning and advancing their careers. Drawing from 10 years as a primary caregiver for a parent with Alzheimer’s Disease, she brings firsthand knowledge of the daily demands caregivers manage. As the owner of Well-Appointed Design, a virtual interior design consulting business, she applies her expertise to help clients create intentional and functional living spaces.
